Problem Note 37315: ODBC error occurs when running multiple SAS® Space Optimizer Planogram Generators on the same server
When using SAS
® Space Optimizer and running multiple planogram generators on the same server, the following ODBC error
may occur:
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row
in object 'maxdata.lv7loc' with unique index 'lv7loc_userid_lv4loc_id'.
If the user re-runs automation for this store/merchandise combination, the error disappears and the auto_result status displays 'Passed' or 'Failed' or 'Completed'.
